Dubai Henna ships worldwide from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Please take into consideration that it takes us 1 business day to prepare your fresh package.

We ship all orders out from Sunday through Thursday excluding UAE weekends & public holidays. Should you place an order over the weekend (Friday or Saturday), your order will begin processing on that Sunday when we reopen.


We send all packages with tracking number. Once your package is ready for shipping, you will receive its tracking number to your email where you’ll be able to check its progress along the way.


All orders from UAE will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery charge of AED15 will apply on your order to UAE.


International orders are shipped via International Priority shipping service via DHL Express. This ensures the fastest and most economical method of shipping. We use Priority shipping service which gets your order to you within 2-7 business days after it has been placed to most countries. Some countries may experience longer delays depending on the location.

Our shipping rates are calculated during checkout. This rate depends on the weight of your order, and the location in which it is going to.


Our experience shows that no special customs issues occur through the shipping process and most packages clear customs easily and arrive to their destination on time. That said, as in all international shipping it is the client’s responsibility to check all local customs regulations and should any issue arise in a country, we cannot be held responsible in any way. If applicable, the payment of any local duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.



Order Errors

Should you receive your order incomplete or with errors please contact us within 7 business days at sales@dubaihenna.com. Please be sure to have your order number ready. Notifying us after 7 days will void your claim. For missing products, we will reship that missing product to you. Should you have received another product in error, we will ship out your original product order along with a return prepaid envelope. Please return the product sent to you in error inside the prepaid envelope within 7 days of receipt. Failure to return product errors will result in additional charges.


Should your order come back to us undeliverable and/or unclaimed, we will contact you immediately. The following options are available to you:

• We can reship your order to you, in which additional shipping fees will apply. You would be responsible for shipping return costs to you.
• Should this be an order error on Dubai Henna’s part, we will ship your order to you at no cost to you.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
